תקן דיווח כספי בינלאומי 13 ‘מדידת שווי הוגן’ – מטרת התקן הינה להגדיר באופן מבוסס-עקרונות מהו שווי הוגן, לספק מסגרת אחידה לאופן מדידת השווי ההוגן ולקבוע את הוראות הגילוי הנדרשות בעת השימוש בבסיס מדידה זה. התקן קובע כיצד יש למדוד את השווי ההוגן במקום שבו התקינה הבינלאומית מחייבת או מתירה את השימוש בבסיס השווי ההוגן.
